Services

 Home Cleaning. 

Home cleaning services can be scheduled as daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on what your home needs.  Cleaning products are selected by the homeowner on our first interview.  Products provided by me will be at an extra charge. Cost for cleaning will be determined on our first visit. I do not charge for small extras like changing lightbulbs and A/C filters.  I am happy to oversee visits from pest control, plumbers, electricians, and other home service providers so you won't have to miss work.  Schedule those during my regular service hours and I am willing to supervise and communicate with you during the process.  Window cleaning is not included with home cleaning service, but can be scheduled for an additional charge.  

Organizing.

Closets: If you need more closet space or just need to store your winter coats, I can help organize that space to make getting ready run more smoothly.

Garage: Let's get rid of those things you never use and make room for your car.  If you need to pack and store those items let me help so you can once again enjoy the space as it is intended to be used.

Pantry: Often the pantry is overlooked.  You buy new items and the old ones sit at the back.  Let's organize and rotate food items to help save you money and prevent food waste and contamination.

 House Sitting. 

Go enjoy your vacation and don't worry about things back home.  I will keep your home secure by regularly turning on/off lights, and collecting mail, packages and newspapers.  I will take care of your plants indoors and out as well as any family pets who are left behind. Emergencies or last minute plans?  Call to schedule at least two hours in advance. 

Pet Sitting. 

I can care for your family dog in your home or mine. Dogs must be house trained and of good temperament (35 lb limit in my home).  In-home pet sitting requires previous interaction with your pet to ensure your dog or cat will not be stressed seeing me in your absence.  If your pet requires medication, owner will be responsible for separating and labeling medicine by dates and times required.  Litter box and yard clean-up included. Pet Sitting $75/day.
